REFUND and EXCHANGES:

  1. All returns or exchanges need to be made within 20 days from the date of delivery of your order.
  2. At the time of return/exchange please make sure the products are in their original condition, with their price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.
  3. In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product please notify us via email at support@toppdealz.com within 24 hours from the time of shipment received. We will arrange for a return pick up and replace the items (Subject to availability) or issue a full refund. In case of returns other than a damaged or wrong item shipped, please ship to the return address at your own cost.
  4. Once the returned product satisfies our quality check we will reimburse you with a TOPPdealz Online store Credit ( Redeemable online only ) or a Refund.
  5. We cannot do refund in cash in any condition and on sale items or discounted products. But will issue you an Online Store Credit of equal value of the price paid.
  6. Refund on COD or online paid transactions will be processed only in same registered detail at the time of purchased. 
  7. Refund willnot transfer in any another account. Who isn’t product purchaser. 
  8. The reimbursements on Fresh Merchandise will be credited to the Customer's bank account within the time span stipulated by the bank.
  9. TOPPdealz reserves the right to process refunds on a product, based on the product's quality inspection.
  10. TOPPdealz will reimbursements of customer amount based on the payment gateway transactions processing time limits.
