REFUND and EXCHANGES:
- All returns or exchanges need to be made within 20 days from the date of delivery of your order.
- At the time of return/exchange please make sure the products are in their original condition, with their price tag and the clear poly bag intact along with the original invoice.
- In case you have received a damaged or a wrong product please notify us via email at support@toppdealz.com within 24 hours from the time of shipment received. We will arrange for a return pick up and replace the items (Subject to availability) or issue a full refund. In case of returns other than a damaged or wrong item shipped, please ship to the return address at your own cost.
- Once the returned product satisfies our quality check we will reimburse you with a TOPPdealz Online store Credit ( Redeemable online only ) or a Refund.
- We cannot do refund in cash in any condition and on sale items or discounted products. But will issue you an Online Store Credit of equal value of the price paid.
- Refund on COD or online paid transactions will be processed only in same registered detail at the time of purchased.
- Refund willnot transfer in any another account. Who isn’t product purchaser.
- The reimbursements on Fresh Merchandise will be credited to the Customer's bank account within the time span stipulated by the bank.
- TOPPdealz reserves the right to process refunds on a product, based on the product's quality inspection.
- TOPPdealz will reimbursements of customer amount based on the payment gateway transactions processing time limits.
